1. Self-introduction and Presenting Yourself
Introduce to each other and ask some questions to get to know something more about you and your partner.
2. Social English (First Contact and Further Contact)
Engage your partner in conversation. Try to establish a common interest, e.g. family, job, a hobby, a place, etc..
3. Describing Product Features
Ask the seller or supplier for information about something you want to buy, e.g. a personal computer, a color TV, etc..
4. Job Routine
Interview your partner. Find out about his/her daily routine.
5. Factory Tour
Suppose you show your guest or your visitors around your factory and introduce to him/her your factory.
6. Making Arrangement
Discuss with your assistants about arrangement of a business meeting over the telephone.
7. Information Handling
Listen to a phone call from a caller and check and confirm the information you hear.
8. Company Organization
Introduce to each other and compare your own organization, such as board of directors, marketing department, and so on.
